在当前席卷全球的金融风暴面前,我省广播电视对农节目面临新的挑战和机遇。对农节目的根本属性是公共服务的属性,同时也有一定的服务性产业的性质。在所有节目形态中,对农服务节目是仅次于新闻类节目的重要节目之一。对农节目服务工程建设,应当形成省、市、县三级台的合理分工,各展所长。大力推进广播电视对农节目服务的转型升级,是时代赋予我们的特殊使命与挑战。
In the face of the current global financial crisis, radio and television in our province are facing new challenges and opportunities for agricultural programs. The fundamental property of agricultural programs is the property of public service, and at the same time it also has the nature of service industry. Among all programs, service-to-agriculture programs are one of the most important programs next to news programs. For the construction of agricultural service projects, a reasonable division of labor and directors of all levels of the provincial, municipal and county levels should be formed. To vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural program services by radio and television is a special mission and challenge given to us by the times.
