在电子设备机箱的诸多结构形式中,板金结构是最常见的一种。由于板金造型灵活,容易实现机箱款式多样化,机箱的整体性好、屏蔽性能优良、結构简单、工艺性好、设计周期和生产周期短、成本低,因而,板金結构机箱具有旺盛的生命力,在电子设备中,特别在小型电子设备中得到广泛地应用。本文通过对几种典型板金机箱的結构形式的特点分析,重点研究板金结构设计技巧,以期达到使板金机箱的結构设计更合理、更巧妙、更具有竞爭力和实用性的目的。
Among many structural forms of electronics chassis, the most common type of sheet metal structure is a sheet metal structure. Due to the flexibility of the sheet metal, it is easy to realize the diversification of the chassis style. The overall chassis is good, the shielding performance is excellent, the structure is simple, the process is good, the design cycle and the production cycle are short, and the cost is low. Therefore, the sheet metal chassis has strong vitality. Electronic devices, especially in small electronic devices are widely used. In this paper, we analyze the structural characteristics of several typical sheet metal chassis, and focus on the design techniques of sheet metal structure, in order to achieve the purpose of making the structural design of sheet metal chassis more reasonable, more ingenious, more competitive and practical.
