采用高效紫外消毒器在不同的距离、时间照射处理绿僵菌、拟青霉菌之分生孢子及菌丝体。结果:在一定的照射距离和照射时间范围内,直射的紫外线可以有效杀灭或抑制绿僵菌、拟青霉的孢子或菌丝体的生长;在非直射时杀灭、抑制作用减弱或丧失。
High-efficiency UV sterilizers were used to treat conidia and mycelia of Metarhizium sp. and Paecilomyces at different distances and times. Results: Within a certain range of irradiation distance and irradiation time, direct UV rays can effectively kill or inhibit the growth of spores or mycelia of Metarhizium anisopliae, Paecilomyces spp., and reduce or lose the inhibitory effect when indirected. .
