腭裂患儿非化脓性中耳炎的发病率高,与咽鼓管功能障碍有关。通过阻抗测听,从鼓室压力、静态声顺值、声反射、鼓室图了解中耳功能,肯定了腭裂儿童非化脓性中耳炎的发病率较一般儿童为高。我科设想从鼓膜表现来估价腭裂与中耳炎发病率的关系。由于鼓膜表现基本反映中耳情况,且检查观察简便,为此,于1986年7月至1987年6月调查了腭裂与正常腭儿童各104名的鼓膜表现,兹将结果报告如下。对象和方法一、对象 (一) 腭裂组:我院口腔颌面外科病
The incidence of non-suppurative otitis media in children with cleft palate is high, which is related to eustachian tube dysfunction. Through the impedance audiometry, from the tympanic pressure, static acoustic compliance, acoustic reflex, tympanogram understanding of the middle ear function, affirmed the incidence of non-suppurative otitis media in children with cleft palate is higher than the average child. Our department envisions the evaluation of the relationship between the incidence of otitis media and the incidence of otitis media from the eardrum performance.
