目的:研究克痫散对小白鼠全身性持续性惊厥的影响。方法:56只小白鼠随机分为生理盐水,克痫散,安定和苯巴比妥组。以上四组动物每天用上述四种制剂灌胃一次,连续灌胃30天后,每只小白鼠腹腔注射盐酸氨基脲200mg/kg,诱发癫痫,记录出现惊厥持续时间和死亡情况,进行统计学处理。结果:克痫散组的全身性惊厥较其他组轻微,惊厥持续时间较短(P<0.01)。结论:吉林市船营中医院提供的克痫散对盐酸氨基脲诱发的小白鼠全身性持续性惊厥有显著疗效,其疗效优于安定和苯巴比妥。
Objective: To study the effect of KeXicaShang on systemic persistent convulsions in mice. METHODS: Fifty-six white mice were randomly divided into normal saline, chlorambucil, diazepam and phenobarbital groups. The above four groups of animals were intragastrically administered once daily with the above four preparations. After continuous gavage for 30 days, each mouse was injected intraperitoneally with semicarbazide hydrochloride 200 mg/kg to induce epilepsy, and the convulsive duration and death were recorded and statistically processed. RESULTS: Systemic convulsions in the Kezisan group were milder than those in other groups, and convulsive duration was shorter (P<0.01). Conclusion: Kezi Powder provided by Shiping Hospital of Jilin City has significant curative effect on systemic convulsions induced by semicarbazide hydrochloride in mice, and its efficacy is superior to that of diazepam and phenobarbital.
