血管内皮细胞不仅是血液与血管平滑肌之间的生理屏障 ,而且是高度活跃的代谢库 ,能合成多种血管活性物质 ,对维持正常的血液循环有重要的生理意义。内皮细胞发生改变可导致内皮功能失调。血管内皮功能失调参与多种心血管疾病的发生发展 ,逆转失调的内皮功能是心血管疾病防治的新趋势。本文着重综述了正常的血管内皮功能、内皮细胞功能失调的发生机制、内皮功能失调的临床评价方法及血管内皮功能失调的治疗方面的内容。
Vascular endothelial cells are not only the physiological barrier between blood and vascular smooth muscle, but also a highly active metabolic reservoir. They can synthesize many vasoactive substances and have important physiological significance for maintaining normal blood circulation. Changes in endothelial cells can lead to endothelial dysfunction. Endothelial dysfunction is involved in the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular diseases. The reversal of dysfunction of endothelial function is a new trend of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This article focuses on the review of the normal vascular endothelial function, endothelial cell dysfunction mechanism, clinical evaluation of endothelial dysfunction and vascular endothelial dysfunction treatment aspects.
