Beijing No.3 Construction Engineering Company’s mechanical team designed a support vehicle for the installation and demolition of tower cranes, which has now been put into use, thereby changing the installation or disassembly of tower cranes of 2 to 6 tons and 3 to 8 tons over the years. A bulky construction method using generous wooden pallets and supporting load-bearing frames. In the past, when installing or dismantling tower cranes, a large number of sleepers or large wooden yards must be used to form a quadripartite (see Figure 1). In the stacking process, human labor is used to lift the tower cranes. Generally, about 17 people are needed and the labor intensity is high. When the palletizing requires a high yardage code, it must also be on the ramp, the process is complicated, and it is easy to happen.
