以内蒙古省道203线双层连续摊铺试验段为依托,为建立合适的双层连续摊铺施工组织工艺,以平整度扰动为考量对车辆轴载标准进行了研究,计算了压实设备对未养生下基层的压实应力,并以中国北方寒冷地区半刚性基层连续摊铺段为对象,提出了基于平整度理论的车辆限重标准,设计了提高压路机使用效率的施工方案,制定了双层连续摊铺施工进度控制标准,提出了基于流水作业法的施工组织设计方案并在实际工程中成功予以实施。结果表明:双层连续摊铺施工工艺可以有效提高基层施工进度,减少养生时间,但因为施工时施工车辆作用在强度尚未成型的水稳基层上,因此应对车辆轴载进行控制,以保证施工质量。
Based on the double continuous paving test section of Provincial Highway 203 in Inner Mongolia, in order to establish a suitable double-layer continuous paving construction technology, taking the disturbance of flatness as an example, the vehicle axle load standards were studied, and the compaction equipment pairs The compaction stress of the grassroots is not regained, and for the continuous paving of the semi-rigid base in the cold area of northern China, the paper puts forward the vehicle weight limit standard based on the flatness theory and designs the construction scheme to improve the using efficiency of the roller.
