采用直接稀释法消除4%乙酸基体对原子荧光法测定镉的严重抑制干扰,建立了以钴和硫脲作增敏剂-顺序注射-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品接触材料中痕量镉迁移量的检测方法。优化了HG-AFS测定条件,研究了钴离子浓度、介质酸度、载流酸度、硼氢化钠浓度及共存元素及乙酸基质的干扰及消除方法。检出限为0.035μg/L,测定低限为0.001mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.36%~4.02%(n=8),回收率范围为95.1%~101%。方法灵敏、准确、快速、简便,适用于食品接触材料中痕量镉迁移量的测定。
