目的:观察归芍丹草汤联合西药治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜(HSP)血热妄行证的临床疗效。方法:选取80例腹型HSP血热妄行证患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合归芍丹草汤治疗。比较2组皮疹消退时间及腹痛、恶心呕吐、关节疼痛的消失时间,观察2组治疗前后免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]水平的变化和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组皮疹消退及腹痛、恶心呕吐、关节疼痛的消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IgG水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),IgA、IgM水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组的IgG水平高于对照组(P<0.05),IgA、IgM水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在西药治疗基础上联合归芍丹草汤治疗腹型HSP血热妄行证患儿,能进一步缩短其皮疹消退时间和腹痛、恶心呕吐、关节疼痛的消失时间,改善患儿的免疫球蛋白水平。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Guishao decoction combined with western medicine in treating children with abdominal heat-induced purpura (HSP). Methods: Totally 80 cases of abdomen type HSP haemorrhagic fever patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n = 40). The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with the medication of Danqingcao Decoction on the basis of the control group. The subsidence time, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and disappearance of joint pain were compared between the two groups. The levels of immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) ] Level changes and adverse reactions occurred. Results: The edema of the observation group and the disappearance of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and the disappearance of joint pain were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgG in two groups were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the levels of IgA and IgM in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The level of IgG in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) , IgM levels were lower than the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of Western medicine, the combined administration of Qidancao Decoction for the treatment of abdomen HSP with HSP can reduce the time of rash, the disappearance of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, the disappearance of joint pain and the immunoglobulin of children Protein level.
