I. Port Construction Review The Ministry of Communications, the provincial government and the municipal government are very concerned about the development of Fuzhou Port. Since 1976, the Pratao Deepwater Port Area (now the Ponytail Operating Area) has been opened up. Two deep-water and mid-level berths and their corresponding supporting facilities have been completed.
