在我国社会市场经济的体制中,国企占据重要位置。我国国有企业不仅数量众多,且掌握国家经济命脉,控制绝大多数关键领域,在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用。本文选取国有大中型企业,尤其上市公司为研究对象,以融资为主、投资为辅进行说明研究,探讨当前国有企业投融资现状及存在的问题,并简要提出对策。 In the system of social market economy in our country, state-owned enterprises occupy an important position. Not only the large number of state-owned enterprises in our country, but also the national economic lifelines and the control of the vast majority of key areas have played an important role in the development of the national economy. This paper selects the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, especially the listed companies as the research object, focusing on financing, supplemented by investment to illustrate the current state of investment and financing of state-owned enterprises and existing problems, and briefly propose countermeasures.
