县域高寒山区少数民族小学师资力量薄弱,教师队伍老化和缺编;流动性大,整体素质不高;工作量大,教师健康状况令人担忧;教学设施不完备,教师工作生活条件有待改善。针对以上问题,应加大投入,夯实基础,提高高寒山区民族小学的办学条件:加快高寒山区民族小学教师的补充力度;进一步加大高寒山区民族小学教师的培养力度;建立和完善高寒山区民族小学教师激励机制。
The counties of the alpine mountainous minority primary school teachers are weak, the teacher team aging and lack of editing; mobility, the overall quality is not high; heavy workload, teacher health is worrying; teaching facilities are not complete, teachers working and living conditions need to be improved. In response to the above problems, we should increase investment, consolidate the foundation to improve the conditions for running the national primary school in the alpine mountainous areas: speeding up the supplement of national primary school teachers in the alpine mountainous areas; further increasing the training of national primary school teachers in the alpine mountainous areas; establishing and perfecting the national primary school Teacher Incentives.
