目的阐述在现代化精益医院建设中宣传工作的重要性和创新思路,明确创新引领宣传工作对精益医院建设的作用,以助医院宣传工作的进一步发展和创新。方法从明确宣传责任,创新宣传思路,改进宣传方式,把握宣传重点,形成宣传优势、发挥新媒体作用、提高宣传工作者职业素质等角度就助推精益医院发展中所起的积极作用进行了详细剖析。结果我院在创新宣传工作以助推精益医院建设工作的不断探索中发现,有效地医院宣传不仅是医院建设的重要组成部分,更是医院发展的助力器。同时还要借鉴现代的高新技术或是宣传方式,能更加有效地增加医院宣传工作的效果。结论独特而创新的宣传工作为医院提供了强有力的思想保障、精神动力和舆论支持。因此,作为医院的宣传工作者能感到明确宣传责任,创新宣传思路,改进宣传方式,把握宣传重点,形成宣传优势在助推精益医院发展中起到了积极的推动作用。 Objective To explain the importance and innovative ideas of publicity work in the construction of modern lean hospital, clarify the role of innovation in leading the development of lean hospital by advocacy work, and help the further development and innovation of the hospital publicity work. The method described in detail the active role in boosting the development of Lean Hospitals from the perspective of clearly publicizing responsibilities, innovating propaganda ideas, improving publicity methods, grasping the key points of publicity, forming publicity advantages, giving full play to the role of new media and enhancing the professional quality of publicity workers Analysis. Results In our continuous publicity efforts to promote the construction of Lean Hospital, our hospital found that effective hospital publicity is not only an important part of hospital construction, but also a booster of hospital development. At the same time, we should learn from the modern high-tech or publicity methods to increase the effectiveness of hospital publicity work more effectively. Conclusion Unique and innovative advocacy work has provided strong ideological support, spiritual motivation and public opinion support to the hospital.
