本文运用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术测定了两个海拔地区２０１只高原鼠兔血清结合珠蛋白（Ｈｐ）类型及其分布状况。结果表明：高原鼠兔的Ｈｐ分为四种类型。分别命名为ｐＨｐ１－１、ｐＨｐ２－１、ｐＨｐ２－２、ｐＨｐ０。４２００ｍ地区高原鼠兔Ｈｐ各型的出现频率分别为４％、３４％、５９％、４％，Ｈｐ￣１和Ｈｐ￣２的基因频率分别为０．２０７９、０．７６４５。３７００ｍ地区高原鼠兔Ｈｐ各型的出现频率分别为９％、３９％、４８％、４％；Ｈｐ￣１和Ｈｐ￣２基因频分别为０．２８５０、０．６７５０。两地区Ｈｐ表型分布符合Ｈａｒｄｙ－Ｗｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ遗传平衡定律。结果显示高原鼠兔的Ｈｐ同人类一样存在遗传多态现象，其Ｈｐ类型同人类Ｈｐ基本相似，是一个理想的高原医学实验动物。
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to determine the type and distribution of serum haptoglobin (Hp) in 201 plateau pikas at two altitudes. The results showed that there are four types of Hp in plateau pika. The frequencies of Hp genotypes in the plateau pikas were respectively 4%, 34%, 59%, 4%, Hp1 and Hp2, respectively named pHp1-1, pHp2-1, pHp2-2 and pHp0.4200m The frequencies of Hp genotypes were 9%, 39%, 48% and 4% respectively at frequencies of 0.2079 and 0.7645.3700 m. The frequencies of Hp ~ 1 and Hp ~ 2 genes were 0 and 0 respectively. 2850,0.6750. Hp phenotype distribution in both regions conforms to the Hardy-Weinberg law of genetic balance. The results showed that Hp in plateau pikas had the same genetic polymorphism as human and its Hp genotype was similar to that of human Hp, which was an ideal plateau medical laboratory animal.
