本文运用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术测定了两个海拔地区201只高原鼠兔血清结合珠蛋白(Hp)类型及其分布状况。结果表明:高原鼠兔的Hp分为四种类型。分别命名为pHp1-1、pHp2-1、pHp2-2、pHp0。4200m地区高原鼠兔Hp各型的出现频率分别为4%、34%、59%、4%,Hp ̄1和Hp ̄2的基因频率分别为0.2079、0.7645。3700m地区高原鼠兔Hp各型的出现频率分别为9%、39%、48%、4%;Hp ̄1和Hp ̄2基因频分别为0.2850、0.6750。两地区Hp表型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。结果显示高原鼠兔的Hp同人类一样存在遗传多态现象,其Hp类型同人类Hp基本相似,是一个理想的高原医学实验动物。
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to determine the type and distribution of serum haptoglobin (Hp) in 201 plateau pikas at two altitudes. The results showed that there are four types of Hp in plateau pika. The frequencies of Hp genotypes in the plateau pikas were respectively 4%, 34%, 59%, 4%, Hp1 and Hp2, respectively named pHp1-1, pHp2-1, pHp2-2 and pHp0.4200m The frequencies of Hp genotypes were 9%, 39%, 48% and 4% respectively at frequencies of 0.2079 and 0.7645.3700 m. The frequencies of Hp ~ 1 and Hp ~ 2 genes were 0 and 0 respectively. 2850,0.6750. Hp phenotype distribution in both regions conforms to the Hardy-Weinberg law of genetic balance. The results showed that Hp in plateau pikas had the same genetic polymorphism as human and its Hp genotype was similar to that of human Hp, which was an ideal plateau medical laboratory animal.
