全球气候变暖给人类带来了愈来愈大的挑战。各国纷纷选择发展低碳经济为主要的经济发展方式,以求缓解本国在面对碳排放时所产生的各种压力。不可否认,农产品在供应链之中会产生出非常多的温室气体。依据一项统计,农产品所形成的排放量在我国总排放量中达到了20%左右。我国人口总量较大,因农产品消费形成的温室气体排放量必然会变得愈加严重。有鉴于此,通过分析我国低碳农产品消费模式,对于指引低碳农产品产业得到更好的发展,全面减少温室气体的排放量显得意义重大。本文分析了低碳农产品消费模式的含义与特点,阐述了促进低碳农产品消费的重要意义,并提出了构建低碳农产品消费模式的几点建议。
Global warming poses increasing challenges to mankind. All countries have chosen to develop a low-carbon economy as the main mode of economic development in order to ease the pressure exerted by their own countries in the face of carbon emissions. Admittedly, agricultural products generate a great deal of greenhouse gases in the supply chain. According to one statistics, the emissions generated by agricultural products in our country’s total emissions reached about 20%. With a large population in our country, the emission of greenhouse gases resulting from the consumption of agricultural products is bound to become even more serious. In view of this, through the analysis of low-carbon agricultural consumption patterns in our country, it is of great significance to guide the development of low-carbon agricultural products industry to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the meaning and characteristics of consumption patterns of low-carbon agricultural products, elaborates the importance of promoting the consumption of low-carbon agricultural products, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct low-carbon consumption patterns of agricultural products.
