网关为不同的通信网络和通信协议提供一个接口，通过翻译通信格式和通信过程完成不同网络设备的互通。主要研究了 H.323终端在 IP网络中的媒体流格式和 H.321终端在 B－ ISDN中的媒体流格式 ,并编程来实现两终端在网关中的数据流转换。
Gateway for different communication networks and communication protocols to provide an interface, through the translation of communication formats and communication process to complete the exchange of different network devices. Mainly studied the H.323 terminal in the IP network media stream format and H.321 terminal in the B-ISDN media stream format, and programming to achieve the two terminals in the gateway data stream conversion.
