工会开展困难职工帮扶工作,是工会组织推动科学发展、促进共建共享和谐社会的重要实践,是工会组织在新的历史条件下,履行维护职工合法权益的基本职责,推动完善社会保障制度、参与社会建设和管理的重要途径。为了支持工会进一步加强帮扶工作,自治区人民政府下发了《关于支持工会进一步加强困难职工帮扶工作的意见》。
