本文针对准高速铁路客车SW 16 0转向架用制动盘铸件中产生的缩孔、缩松等缺陷 ,结合现场铸造工艺情况 ,运用ProCAST软件成功地预测了缺陷的位置与尺寸 ,实现了制动盘铸造工艺的优化设计及铸件质量的改进。
In this paper, in view of the defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage produced in the brake disc castings of quasi-high-speed railway passenger car SW160 bogie, the location and size of the defects are successfully predicted by ProCAST software and the braking Optimization Design of Casting Process and Improvement of Casting Quality.
