企业员工人格特征与职业倾向的关系研究

本研究采用卡特尔16PF和Holland职业倾向量表对305名大型国有企业员工进行问卷调查发现:人格因素对职业倾向有显著的预测作用,不同职业倾向的人拥有不同的人格特征,并且男性和女性在同一种职业倾向上也会拥有不同的人格特征,人格与职业环境匹配是形成良好职业满意度和成就感的基础,这也为择业、就业、招聘及工作任务和职责分配提供了依据。 In this study, a questionnaire survey of 305 large-scale state-owned enterprises using the Cartel 16PF and Holland Occupational Preference Scale found that personality factors had a significant predictor of occupational tendencies, people with different occupational tendencies had different personality traits, and that men and women In the same occupation tendency will also have different personality traits, personality and professional environment is to create a good sense of job satisfaction and sense of accomplishment, which also provide employment, employment, recruitment and assignment of tasks and responsibilities provide the basis.
