建立了自动顶空-气质联用技术同时测定水产品中6种挥发性含硫类致嗅物质含量的分析方法。水产品经过正己烷超声提取后,提取液用自动顶空-气质检测分析。结果表明,水产品中6种含硫类致嗅物质的检测限低:除甲硫醚为1 ng/mL之外,其他5含硫类致嗅物质为2 ng/mL,加标回收率为78%~108%,相对标准偏差小于10%;在10~1 000 ng/mL线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995。该方法快速简单、灵敏度高,可应用于水产品中6种挥发性含硫类致嗅物质的实际检测分析。
An analytical method was established for simultaneous determination of six volatile sulfur compounds in aquatic products by automatic headspace-GC / MS. After aquatic products were extracted by n-hexane, the extract was analyzed by automatic headspace-temperament test. The results showed that the detection limit of six kinds of sulfur-containing olfactory substances in aquatic products was very low: except that the concentration of dimethyl sulfide was 1 ng / mL, the sulfur content of other sulfur-containing substances was 2 ng / mL, the recoveries were 78% -108%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 10%. The linearity was good in the range of 10-1 000 ng / mL with the correlation coefficients above 0.995. The method is rapid, simple and sensitive, and can be applied to the actual detection and analysis of six volatile sulfur-containing olfactory substances in aquatic products.
