对引自我国不同地区的大蒜品种气孔密度、叶绿素含量及叶形和叶的空间姿态等叶部性状研究结果表明,不同部位叶及同一叶的不同部位表皮气孔密度不同,品种间叶绿素含量范围在0.338~1.051g/kg(FW)之间,气孔密度和叶绿素含量有随品种原产地纬度增加而增加的趋势。叶形指数范围为11.8~23.1,低纬度品种叶较长而宽,叶形指数较大;高纬度品种叶短而窄,叶形指数小;中纬品种叶最大且最宽,但叶形指数较小。叶片挺直不下垂且开张度小的品种大多来自高纬度地区
The results of leaf stalk traits such as stomatal density, chlorophyll content, leaf shape and spatial stance of garlic in different regions of China showed that stomatal density differed in different parts of leaves and in different parts of the same leaf. Chlorophyll content in different varieties ranged from 0.338 ~ 1.051g / kg (FW). Stomatal density and chlorophyll content tended to increase with the increase of latitude of origin.
