针对发动机高压压气机可调静子操纵机构球形头连杆组合件断裂故障,对故障件进行断口分析、材料分析和故障形貌检查,模拟操纵机构工作状态分析连杆受力情况,计算连杆承受的载荷,查找故障产生的机理,最终确定故障原因。
