我院自1988年8月至1991年8月共收治菌痢675例,误诊22例,误诊率为3.3％。现分析如下: 1.临床资料 22例中男19例,女3例,年龄10个月～58岁,平均21.5岁。病程5小时～1个月,平均1.5天。22例均有腹痛、腹泻、解脓血便或粘液便,每日3～10次不等。伴有里急后重者12例,发烧15例,便常规检查均可见多量脓细胞及红细胞。末梢血象高者有16例。 22例中有11例在入院当天确诊,有5例入院后
