提高学生“顶岗实习”实效性是高等职业教育发展的战略重点。本文从经管类学生“顶岗实习”教学现状分析出发,探讨此教学环节存在的问题与不足,并在此基础上提出了构建“三足鼎立”的硬件建设机制和“四轮驱动”的软件建设体系的对策与建议。
