已经证明,从男性志愿者大涎腺导管口直接收集的唾液具有抗HIV-1感染作用。本次报告健康男性、女性和儿童以及HIV-1阳性的男性自然唾液的抗HIV-1作用。本次实验取材于健康男性9名(年龄21岁~42岁),女性9名(年龄24岁~42岁)和儿童7名(4男,年龄4岁~11岁;3女,年龄4岁~9岁),均否认有HIV-1接触史;另外9名标本取自9名已确诊感染了HIV-1的男性。所有标本均为自上午九点至10点半收集的自然唾液。标本置塑料管内,-20℃冷冻保存。结果与讨论所有标本均具有抗HIV-1活性。在全部34例标本中,29例(85%)具有完全(100%)的抗毒活性,这包括所有9名女性和7名儿童。在9名健康男性中有8人唾液具有100%的抗毒活性,另外3人分别具有30%、70%、和80%的抗毒活性。在9名HIV-1阳性患者,7名唾液具有100%的抗毒活性,另外2名分别具有50%和75%的抗毒活性。这提示唾液不是HIV-1的主要传播途径,这与最近对同性恋者进行的流行病学诃查结果一致。这一结果也说明儿
It has been demonstrated that saliva collected directly from the salivary gland ducts of male volunteers has an anti-HIV-1 infection effect. This report reports the anti-HIV-1 effects of natural saliva in healthy men, women and children, and HIV-1-positive men. The experiment was based on 9 healthy men (aged 21 to 42 years), 9 women (aged 24 to 42 years) and 7 children (4 males, aged 4 to 11 years; 3 females, aged 4 years ~ 9 years old) all denied HIV-1 contact history; the other 9 specimens were taken from 9 men who were diagnosed with HIV-1. All specimens were collected from 9:00 to 10:30 am natural saliva. Specimens placed plastic tube, -20 ℃ cryopreservation. Results and Discussion All specimens have anti-HIV-1 activity. Of all 34 specimens, 29 (85%) had complete (100%) antitoxic activity, which included all 9 women and 7 children. Eight out of nine healthy men had 100% antitoxic activity in the saliva, and the other three had 30%, 70%, and 80% antitoxic activity, respectively. In 9 HIV-1-positive patients, 7 saliva had 100% antitoxic activity and the other 2 had 50% and 75% antitoxic activity, respectively.
