目的 :为建立鸭跖草抗病毒谱-效相关评价系统,对鸭跖草浸取物体外抗病毒活性进行筛选,选择鸭跖草抗病毒浸取物的最佳提取方法进行研究。方法 :采用体外抗病毒实验CPE法,观察六种不同提取方法下鸭跖草浸取物分别对RSV、HSV-1、EV71病毒的抑制作用。结果 :在鸭跖草浸提物不同剂量作用下,EV71毒株死亡率最高,RSV毒株死亡较低,其中抗RSV病毒试验中75%乙醇冷浸法鸭跖草浸取物在一定浓度下细胞存活率最高,抗HSV-1、EV71病毒实验中水超声法鸭跖草浸取物在一定浓度下细胞存活率最高。结论:通过观察六种不同提取方法下鸭跖草浸取物分别对RSV、HSV-1、EV71病毒的抑制效果,我们发现鸭跖草浸取物对以上三种病毒有一定的抑制作用,其中75%乙醇冷浸法为鸭跖草浸取物抗RSV病毒较好的提取方式,水超声法为鸭跖草浸取物抗HSV-1、EV71病毒较好的提取方式。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a spectrum-effective correlation evaluation system for Commelina communis, the in vitro antiviral activity of the Commelina communis extract was screened, and the optimal extraction method of Commelina antiviral extract was selected. Methods: In vitro anti-viral CPE method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of Commelina communis extract on RSV, HSV-1 and EV71 viruses under six different extraction methods. Results: Under the different dosage of Commelina communis extract, the mortality rate of EV71 strain was the highest, and the mortality of RSV strain was lower. Among them, 75% ethanol cold-immersed method of Commelina communis in anti-RSV virus test at a certain concentration The cell survival rate was the highest. The anti-HSV-1 and EV71 viruses were the highest in cell viability under certain concentration of water ultrasonic method. Conclusion: By observing the inhibitory effects of Commelina communis extracts on RSV, HSV-1 and EV71 viruses under six different extraction methods, we found that Commelina communis extracts have certain inhibitory effects on the above three viruses, of which, 75% ethanol cold soaking method for the Commelina communis extract anti RSV virus better extraction method, water ultrasonic method for Commelina communis anti-HSV-1, EV71 virus better extraction.
