恶性淋巴瘤是原发于淋巴系统的恶性肿瘤,临床表现不一,初诊误诊率高达70～80%。原发于淋巴结外的淋巴瘤约占恶性淋巴瘤的14～25%,但累及胃肠道者以侵及小肠及胃为多,结肠受累极少。现将本院发现1例报告如下。病例报告男,28岁,工人。因畏寒、发热1个月,持续性右上腹痛5天、加剧1天于1983年1月5日急诊入院。既往除2年前患急性肝炎外,无特殊病 Malignant lymphoma is a malignant tumor of primary origin in the lymphatic system, clinical manifestations vary, the initial misdiagnosis rate as high as 70 to 80%.
