针对原海水水质情况,拟定了细砂过滤器工艺和超滤膜工艺2条海水反渗透预处理工艺路线,分析了原海水水质、投资成本、运行费用和产水水质等各方面因素。结果表明,相比超滤工艺,细砂过滤器投资成本节约57.7%,运行成本节约63%,细砂过滤器产水水质能满足海水反渗透膜的进水要求,超滤产水水质优于细砂过滤器产水水质。综合考虑,采用细砂过滤器作为海水反渗透的预处理工艺。本工程预处理工艺路线的选择,可为类似膜法海水淡化工程预处理工艺选型和设计提供参考。
According to the original seawater quality, two seawater reverse osmosis pretreatment process routes were developed, including fine sand filter technology and ultrafiltration membrane technology, and the original seawater quality, investment cost, operating cost and water quality were analyzed. The results show that compared with the ultrafiltration process, the investment cost of fine sand filter is saved by 57.7% and the operating cost is saved by 63%. The water quality of fine sand filter can meet the requirement of inflow of seawater reverse osmosis membrane. Fine sand filter water production quality. Taken together, the use of fine sand filter as a seawater reverse osmosis pretreatment process. The selection of pretreatment process route for this project can provide reference for the selection and design of pretreatment process for similar membrane desalination project.
