合并学校文化的重构:从建设学习型组织入手

合并学校是在当前优化教育配置促进教育均衡的背景下产生的。几所学校的合并是新旧文化碰撞、融合的过程,在这一转型过程中,重构教师文化意义重大。教师文化是教育文化中最具活力、最具主体性的文化要素。如何实现教师文化的重构从而促进学校的优质发展呢?我们认为应从建设学习型组织入手。张连生教授在《试论学校文化的生成与变革机制》文章中将学校文化生成机制概括 The merger of schools is generated in the current context of optimizing the allocation of education and promoting a balanced education. The merger of several schools is a process of collision and integration of old and new cultures. In this transitional process, it is of great significance to rebuild the culture of teachers. Teacher culture is the most dynamic and the most subjective cultural element in education and culture. How to reconstruct the teacher’s culture so as to promote the high-quality development of the school? We think we should start with building a learning organization. Professor Zhang Liansheng summarizes the school culture generation mechanism in his article “On the Formation and Transformation Mechanism of School Culture”
