1996年度国内贸易部科技进步奖评审工作,经部专业组评审委员会评审,各专业司局复审并报部领导核准,现已完成。共评出部级科技进步奖授奖项目98项,其中一等奖2项,二等奖17项,三等奖50项,四等奖29项。粮食系统获二等奖7项,三等奖24项,四等奖9项。为大力宣传科技人员的科研成果,加速科技成果向现实生产力转化,充分调动科技人员的积极性和创造性,鼓励科技人员多出成果,快出成果,促进粮食行业科学技术进步,现将粮食系统1996年获国内贸易部科技进步奖项目介绍如下,以便大家相互学习,相互交流。
In 1996, the review and appraisal of scientific and technological progress awards by the Ministry of Domestic Trade was reviewed by the jury panel of the professional department of the Ministry of Education and reviewed by the professional bureaus and approved by the leaders of the ministry. The work has now been completed. A total of 98 ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards were awarded, including 2 first prizes, 17 second prizes, 50 third prizes and 29 fourth prizes. The grain system won 7 second prizes, 24 third prizes and 9 fourth prizes. In order to vigorously publicize scientific and technological achievements of scientific and technical personnel, speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of scientists and technicians, encourage scientific and technological personnel to make more achievements and quicken their achievements so as to promote scientific and technological progress in the grain industry. The Ministry of Internal Trade Science and Technology Progress Award project is as follows, so that we learn from each other and exchange.
