患者女性,25岁,农民。乏力、恶心、纳差1周,双目失明19h于1996年3月15日入院。门诊眼科查视力为手动,眼底正常,双侧瞳孔4.5cm。体检:神志清,巩膜黄染,无蜘蛛痣、肝掌、扑翼样震颤。颈软,心肺听诊正常。腹平软,肝上界右第5肋,肋下未及,剑下3.5cm,质软,脾肋下未及,移动性浊音(一)。实验室检查:血清胆红素193μmol/L,ACT 2758U,A/G 1.1/1.0,凝血酶原时间20s(正常12s)。胆固醇7.41mmol/L,血糖10.30mmol/L,甲肝抗体(+),乙肝三系、丙肝抗体、戊肝抗体均(一)。血钾5.02mmol、L,血钠135.2
