应用CFD软件SolidWorks FlowSimulation对等离子割炬电极冷却水道流场进行解析,分析冷却水流速矢量云图和冷却水流速轨迹曲线图。针对前内壁面流速低和流速不均匀等问题进行了结构改进。研究表明,改进的结构能很好地提高前内壁面的冷却水流速,改善冷却水流速的均匀程度,有利于电极的冷却并提高其使用寿命。
The CFD software SolidWorks FlowSimulation was used to analyze the flow field of plasma cutting torch electrode cooling waterway, and the cooling water flow velocity vector cloud and cooling water flow velocity trajectory were analyzed. Aiming at the problems of low velocity and uneven flow velocity in the front inner wall, some structural improvements have been made. The research shows that the improved structure can improve the flow velocity of the cooling water on the front inner wall, improve the uniformity of the velocity of the cooling water, and help to cool the electrode and prolong its service life.
