利用MSP430F149单片机片内的ADC12模块和FLASH存储芯片读写方便、存储容量大的特性,对多通道数据采集系统进行了开发。在硬件电路的设计中,重点介绍了适合MSP430F149单片机的信号调理电路和单片机与FLASH芯片之间的SPI通信连接;在软件的开发中,用汇编语言开发出了利用MSP430F149单片机片内ADC12模块进行A/D转换的整个程序。结果表明:开发出的数据采集系统具有成本低、结构简单以及可靠性高等特点。
The use of MSP430F149 chip ADC12 module and FLASH memory chips to read and write convenience, large storage capacity of the characteristics of multi-channel data acquisition system was developed. In the design of the hardware circuit, the signal conditioning circuit suitable for the MSP430F149 MCU and the SPI communication connection between the MCU and the FLASH chip are introduced emphatically. In the software development, the ADC12 module of the MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer is used to develop the A / D conversion of the entire process. The results show that the developed data acquisition system has the characteristics of low cost, simple structure and high reliability.
