用硫酸铵作为盐析剂沉淀尿激酶溶液中蛋白质，符合Ｃｏｈｎ经验式：ｌｏｇＳ＝β－Ｋｓｍ。结果表明：常数β值随ｐＨ和温度而变化，盐析常数Ｋｓ与温度或ｐＨ基本无关。
Precipitation of the protein in the urokinase solution using ammonium sulfate as a salting-out agent conforms to Cohn empirical formula: log S = β-Ksm. The results show that the constant β value changes with the pH and temperature, and the salting-out constant Ks has nothing to do with temperature or pH.
