大连市学龄前儿童行为问题调查

目的应用Conners父母问卷对大连市学龄前儿童进行行为问题调查,了解本地区学龄前儿童行为问题发生情况,指导早期干预,促进其健康发展。方法随机选取大连市3所幼儿园638名学龄前儿童进行conners父母问卷调查。结果大连市儿童行为问题总检出率为17.87%,男童行为问题检出率显著高于女童。男童学习问题、心身障碍两项检出率显著高于女童。男女童行为问题共患情况以一种和两种为主。结论大连市学龄前儿童行为问题发生率与国内其它城市相近,男童发生率明显高于女童,应加以重视和积极引导,其中学习问题和心身障碍尤应引起关注。 Objective To investigate the behavioral problems of pre-school children in Dalian using Conners parents questionnaire to understand the incidence of pre-school children’s behavioral problems and to guide early intervention in order to promote their healthy development. Methods Randomly selected 638 preschool children from 3 kindergartens in Dalian for questionnaire survey of conners. Results The total detection rate of children behavior problems in Dalian was 17.87%, and the detection rate of boys behavior problems was significantly higher than that of girls. Boys learning problems, psychosomatic disorders two detection rates were significantly higher than girls. The prevalence of male and female child behavior problems is predominantly one or two. Conclusions The prevalence of behavioral problems among preschool children in Dalian is similar to that of other cities in China. The incidence of boys is significantly higher than that of girls in other cities. Attention should be paid to and positively guided. Among them, learning problems and psychosomatic disorders should be especially concerned.
