我省东部黄河、湟水流域的浅山地区,约有百分之四十以上的乱石河滩、侵蚀沟壑还未治理,每年有大量的肥沃泥沙流入湟水、黄河.据测定。黄河上游被冲刷的泥沙里,每吨约含氮素0.55公斤,磷肥1.1公斤,钾肥18公斤。加快治滩治沟速度对于早日实现毛主席关于“要把黄河的事情办好”的伟大号召具有深远意义。该区人口集中,交通方便,气候及水利资源较优越,尤宜发展速生用材树种和经济果木树种。这对于改变我省“少林缺材”局面和
