In recent years, we encountered 8 cases of similar clinical manifestations of TIA, but CT confirmed a small amount of intracerebral hemorrhage, patients aged 47 to 78 years, mean 60.25 years. 6 cases of hypertension (20 ~ 16 / 13.5 ~ 16kPa), 7 cases of history of hypertension.
