振动攻丝的扭矩降低效果从来被认为是在频率适宜的脉冲力矩的冲击作用下产生的。手动攻丝是一种频率很低的振动攻丝。对手动攻丝这种极限振动攻丝过程的扭矩测试结果表明,丝锥对工件的低频、低速往复切削作用也可以使攻丝扭矩显著下降。这表明影响手动攻丝扭矩的主要因素不是振动频率或冲击的大小,而是切削角和分离角的大小,这为进一步究明振动攻丝的机理及促进振动攻丝技术的推广应用奠定了基础。
The torque reduction effect of vibrating tapping has always been considered to occur under the impact of a pulsating torque of suitable frequency. Manual tapping is a very low frequency vibration tapping. Torque test results of this extreme vibration tapping process on manual tapping indicate that tapping torque can be significantly reduced by low-frequency, low-speed reciprocating cutting of the tap on the workpiece. This shows that the main factor affecting the manual tapping torque is not the vibration frequency or impact size, but the cutting angle and separation angle, which lays the foundation for further clarifying the mechanism of vibration tapping and promoting the popularization and application of vibration tapping technology.
