“e租宝”“百度竞价排名”“莆田系”等热点事件,仅撕开了中国市场乱象大幕的一角,这些乱象成因复杂,交错粘连。本文在解构中国企业家道德问题的基础上,从社会治理角度,讨论了如何通过监督、引导、预防、惩戒等手段,型塑企业家道德:一是以“性善论”作为企业家经济伦理之锚;二是利用网络赋权发挥“第三部门组织”的监督作用;三是建立企业家腐败犯罪的预防和震慑机制。

On the basis of deconstruction of the ethical problems of Chinese entrepreneurs, from the angle of social governance, this paper discusses how to mold the entrepreneurs’ morality through supervision, guidance, prevention and punishment.
