给年青成年小鼠静脉注射三个不同剂量的氯化汞(HgCl_2),随之立即用电针刺激小鼠双侧内面耳朵。三个剂量是20、60及100微克,使用前分别溶于灭菌生理盐水0.1毫升中,以0.01N NaOH 液将 PH 调至7.2。注射后将小鼠分为实验组(即给予电针刺激15分钟,频率为10及60Hz)及对照组(不予电针刺激)。结果显示,注射20微克及60微克HgCl_2及电针刺激后,脾脏、肝脏及肾脏贮留的 HgCl_2比对照组少,相反的注射100微克及
Three different doses of mercury chloride (HgCl 2 ) were intravenously injected into young adult mice, and the bilateral inner ears of the mice were immediately stimulated with electroacupuncture. The three doses were 20, 60 and 100 μg. They were dissolved in 0.1 ml normal saline before use and the pH was adjusted to 7.2 with 0.01 N NaOH solution. After the injection, the mice were divided into experimental groups (ie, stimulating for 15 minutes with electroacupuncture, frequency of 10 and 60 Hz) and control groups (without electroacupuncture stimulation). The results showed that after injection of 20 μg and 60 μg HgCl 2 and electro-acupuncture, the spleen, liver, and kidneys retained less HgCl 2 than the control group. The opposite injection was 100 μg.
