目的:建立虎杖利湿胶囊的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对虎杖利湿胶囊中的黄柏、大黄、虎杖进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法,以C18色谱柱,甲醇一水一磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为278nm,测定样品中黄芩苷含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷在0.06~1.50μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.42%,RSD:1.04%(n=5)。结论:该方法鉴别可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为本制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Polygonum Cuspidatum Capsule. Methods: TLC, HPLC and HPLC were used to qualitatively identify the cortex phellodendri, rhubarb and rhizoma polygoni cuspidatum from Polygonum Cuspidatum and Cortex Polygoni Cuspidati. The mobile phase consisted of C18 column and methanol mono-phosphoric acid (47: 53: 0.2) , Detection wavelength of 278nm, determination of baicalin content in the sample. Results: Thin-layer chromatography spots clear, negative control without interference. The calibration curve of baicalin in the range of 0.06 ~ 1.50μg showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 98.42%, RSD: 1.04% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is feasible, the results are accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used as the quality control method of this preparation.
