和哈尔滨机联机械厂合作进行电渣焊接255公尺~3高炉料斗(35刀)的试验中,发现焊缝有大量气孔,气孔的直径在0.5~4公厘之间,长度较大,严重的减少了焊缝的有效负载面积。这种缺陷在工件焊缝中是不允许存在的,必须予以消除。为了能正确的解决这一生产课题,首先需要收集与研究有关电渣焊气孔方面的资料,找到消除气孔的方向,再进行试验研究予以肯定。
