目的了解攀枝花市民族中学高中学生营养状况,为制定科学合理的营养膳食计划,促进学生健康成长提供依据。方法 2013年对民族中学在校高中学生进行健康体检及营养状况评价分析。结果学生营养不良率24.98%,女生高于男生,少数民族学生高于汉族学生,农村学生高于城区学生,差异有统计学意义(x2=13.12、23.62、24.28,P<0.01);学生营养过剩率12.11%,男生高于女生,汉族学生高于民族学生,城区学生高于农村学生,差异均有统计学意义(x2=7.88、8.58、25.42,P<0.01)。结论应重视学生营养问题,通过健康教育膳食指导改善学生的营养状况。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of high school students in Ethnic Middle School in Panzhihua City, and to provide basis for formulating a scientific and reasonable nutritional diet plan and promoting the healthy growth of students. Methods In 2013, the health examination and nutritional status of high school students in Middle School of Ethnic Minorities were evaluated. Results The malnutrition rate of students was 24.98%, the female students were higher than boys, the minority students were higher than Han students, and the rural students were higher than those of urban students (x2 = 13.12,23.62,24.28, P <0.01) The rate was 12.11%. The male students were higher than the female students, the Han students were higher than the ethnic students, and the urban students were higher than the rural students. The differences were statistically significant (x2 = 7.88, 8.58, 25.42, P <0.01). Conclusion Students should pay attention to nutritional issues, health education through diet guidance to improve the nutritional status of students.
