政府公信力,学者们从不同的视野和角度对政府的公信力的概念进行了综合和归纳,其中武晓峰的《近年来政府公信力》一文中就对学者们近年来对政府公信力的概念进行了归结。政府公信力建设体现的是政府的一个管理理念,政府的管理能力,政府的服务意识以及人民群众对政府状态的信任程度和满意程度的一个综合评价标准。然而政府公信力现状的不足也对社会公共政策的制定和发展造成了极大的障碍以及对政府政策行为的影响。
