在党的社会主义建设总路线的光辉照耀下,在全党全民大办钢铁的推劫鼓舞下,我们曾自制了一套“钢铁碳硫联合测定仪”(见本刊1959年第三期),基本上适应了工作需要。但随著社会主又建设事业的飞跃发展,特别是钢铁工业的高速度发展,手工操作的化学分析,显然不能满足工作的需要。我们为了解决这一矛盾,在轰轰烈烈的技术革新运劫中,就提出了钢铁的碳硫测定由手工操作转为自动操作,实现自动化的课题。随着运动的深入,毛荣椿、戚桂生两同志在党的正确领导和教育下,进一步破除了迷信,解放了思想,发挥了冲天的革命干劲,克服了种种困难,在党的不断鼓舞和同志们大力协助配合下,经过月余的奋战,终于创制了一套“自动钢轶碳硫联合测定仪”,这就使钢铁的碳硫的测定完全实现了自动化。经过反复试验,操作迅速,结果准确,大大的提高了工作效率,减轻了化验工作者的劳动强度,并为钢铁中元素测定实现自动化做出了贡献。现将该仪器的制造和使用方法介绍于后。

After repeated tests, the operation is rapid, the result is accurate, the work efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity of laboratory workers is reduced, and the automation of elemental determination in steel is also made.
