目的：探讨在中等护理专业普外科护理教学中增加个案教学的作用。方法：从９３级开始，在普外科护理教学中增加护理个案讨论８学时，共讨论８个疾病个案，之后对４７位同学进行了问卷调查。结果：被调查学生中的８５１％认为有必要增加个案讨论，并对护理诊断有一定的认识，增加了对护理工作内涵的了解，提高了专业素质。结论：此项教学方法的改进，有助于护理教学质量的提高，并有利于与国际护理教育接轨 Objective: To explore the role of case teaching in the nursing of general surgery nursing. Methods: Starting from the 93 level, 8 nursing classes were discussed during the nursing of general surgery and 8 cases were discussed. Afterwards, 47 students were surveyed. Results: 85.1% of the students surveyed believe that it is necessary to increase the case discussion, have a certain understanding of the diagnosis of nursing, increase the understanding of the connotation of nursing work, and improve the professional quality. Conclusion: The improvement of this teaching method is conducive to the improvement of the quality of nursing education and is conducive to the integration with international nursing education.
