目的:探讨在中等护理专业普外科护理教学中增加个案教学的作用。方法:从93级开始,在普外科护理教学中增加护理个案讨论8学时,共讨论8个疾病个案,之后对47位同学进行了问卷调查。结果:被调查学生中的851%认为有必要增加个案讨论,并对护理诊断有一定的认识,增加了对护理工作内涵的了解,提高了专业素质。结论:此项教学方法的改进,有助于护理教学质量的提高,并有利于与国际护理教育接轨
Objective: To explore the role of case teaching in the nursing of general surgery nursing. Methods: Starting from the 93 level, 8 nursing classes were discussed during the nursing of general surgery and 8 cases were discussed. Afterwards, 47 students were surveyed. Results: 85.1% of the students surveyed believe that it is necessary to increase the case discussion, have a certain understanding of the diagnosis of nursing, increase the understanding of the connotation of nursing work, and improve the professional quality. Conclusion: The improvement of this teaching method is conducive to the improvement of the quality of nursing education and is conducive to the integration with international nursing education.
