卫生部组织编写的全国专科教材《人体解剖学》第4版(以下简称《教材》)存在着以下几个方面的问题:(1)概念表述不准确、欠完整;(2)结构描述不够准确;(3)名词使用不规范、不统一;(4)表述中出现多、错、漏字;(5)图示名词不规范、图示不准确、图题欠完整;(6)表格与简表中存在不足或错误等,共计6个方面、120个问题、268处。笔者在长期的教学中切身地体会到,这些问题影响了该课程教学质量的提高,也影响了教学对象在基础医学和临床医学专业技术间的交流,还为医学生进一步学习带来了一定困惑。为此,笔者将对第3、4两个问题提出一些异议和矫正意见,与编者共同探讨医学类教材的编写,以期使《教材》日臻完善。
The fourth edition of Human Anatomy (hereinafter referred to as “textbook”) written by the Ministry of Health has the following problems: (1) the concept is not accurate and incomplete; (2) the description of the structure is not accurate enough ; (3) the use of nouns is not standardized and is not uniform; (4) there are many, wrong and missed words in the expressions; (5) the nouns are not standardized, the illustrations are inaccurate, the illustrations are incomplete; (6) There are deficiencies or errors in the table, a total of six aspects, 120 questions, 268. In the long-term teaching, the author realized personally that these problems affected the improvement of the teaching quality of the course, and also affected the exchange of teaching objects among the basic medical and clinical professional techniques, which also brought certain confusion to the medical students for further study . To this end, the author will put forward some objections and corrective opinions on issues 3 and 4, and discuss with the editors the preparation of medical textbooks so as to make “textbooks” perfect.
