目的:了解昆山市中央空调系统卫生状况。方法:随机选择几家单位进行卫生学调查,对其中4家单位的空调风管、送风、冷却/冷凝水、室内微小气候等指标进行实地检测。结果:12家单位仅1家(8.3%)请专业消毒机构对空调风管进行消毒,4家检测单位无1家合格,送风口可吸入颗粒物(PM10)最大值超标2.5倍,真菌最大值超标1.2倍,细菌总数最大值超标0.6倍,风管内积尘最大值超标0.85倍,冷却/冷凝水中检出嗜肺军团菌。结论:昆山市中央空调风管积尘量、送风中真菌总数和细菌总数超标较为严重,应加强公共场所空调系统的卫生监督管理。
Objective: To understand the health status of central air-conditioning system in Kunshan City. Methods: Several units were randomly selected for hygiene survey, and the air-conditioning ducts, air supply, cooling / condensing water and indoor microclimate of 4 units were field tested. Results: Only one of the 12 units (8.3%) disinfected the air-conditioning ducts with professional disinfection agencies, none of the four test units passed the test. The maximum PM10 value exceeded 2.5 times and the maximum value of fungi exceeded the standard 1.2 times, the total number of bacteria exceeded 0.6 times the maximum, the maximum dust in the duct exceeded the standard 0.85 times, detected in the cooling / condensate Legionella pneumophila bacteria. Conclusion: The amount of dust accumulated in air ducts of central air-conditioners in Kunshan City, the total number of fungi in the air supply and the total number of bacteria in the air supply are more serious. Health supervision and management of air conditioners in public places should be strengthened.
