图1为射流管式电液伺服阀的反馈弹簧钢丝。零件材料为QBe2。对这种弹性高、形位公差要求严、细长比又大的零件,用普通的方法车削加工,是难以完成的。大细长比弹性轴件难加工的关键在于其刚性不足。为此,我们在C0608—1台式仪表车床上,设计制造了顶尖式活动(转动)夹头,用加反向拉力的方法,提高零件刚性,顺利地车制了上述零件。活动(转动)夹头及其加工方法如图2所示。

Slender than flexible shaft parts difficult to process the key is its lack of rigidity. To this end, we designed and manufactured the top-type activities (rotating) collet on the C0608-1 desktop instrument lathe, and added the reverse pulling force to increase the rigidity of the parts and smoothly finished the above parts. Activities (rotating) chuck and its processing method shown in Figure 2.
